Just starting to get into body building. Lifted 1st year to gain muscle, year 2 want to get reaaly big. I am a hard gainer so any suggest would be appreciated.

just joined a fitness center for the first time and love the range of exercises that I can now do. will not give up my home gym as it was a real convience to workout without leaving the house.in the beginning will use gym to build legs and abs. will be updating training schedule around 1st of March and now can incorporate some cable exercises. Looking foward to some big gain in the coming month.
Want to look really well by my birthday in June. want to be a 48 years old man with a 30 something body.

2 ND WORKOUT AT FITNESS CENTER AND ANOTHER GREAT LEG WORKOUT. LOVE THE MACHINES AND THE DIFFERENT TYPES OF EXERCISES THAT I AM BEING EXPOSED TO. STARTING TO SEE SOME POSITIVE RESULTS ALREADY. WANT MY LEGS TO LOOK AS BIG AS MY UPPER BODY. AM CONSIDERING IN NEXT 6 WEEK SESSION TO TRAIN DOING A SPLIT ROUTINE. CONSIDERING NOW. DON’T WANT TO OVER TRAIN. WILL SEE HOW THINGS GO THE NEXT FEW WEEKS.
