Man, I’m totally disgusted today, i went to the gym today feeling great. I decided to measure my bodyfat to see if I reduced my percentage at all. Turned out I gained some, can you say disappointment. Especially, because I thought that I’ve been doing everthing right. I’ve been doing cardio, diet is on point, (so I think), taking my supplements, etc. I’ve even purchased a different protein shake which tastes like POOH, in order to help in my cutting phase. After dong that, I went ahead and did some cardio, thinking, what the heck just happened. To add insult to all injury, I weighed myself and I lost a pound.
