| What’s up guys, I know it’s been a while since I’ve posted a blog. Nevertheless, here we go. Its been a long time coming. Was hitting the gym so diligent the last time I posted. My wife and I just recently had a baby, so in the afternoon I’m a fulltime dad. I’ve just recently came to the realization that I’m going to have to go to the gym on my lunch break. I’ve been doing circut training around the house and occassionally at the gym. Started hitting the gym again this month, and decided to bulk up a little. I’ve been trying to educate myself on the right things to eat, and been talking to some of the great people on this site. This week has been my first week eating more, and it seems like more work, trying to stay eating, and keeping that protein in your system. Don’t know how this is going to turn out, but I’ll keep you all posted. |

Congratualtions on your child. I have 2 myself. This is when eating well gets tough. Fast food becomes the easiest choice and ice cream is the kids favorite. Anyway, i am changing the way i look at things. I am going to act like my nutrition is my workout and my workout is my nutrition. Basically put more emphasis on eating right. I have always been able to train right but never get the diet right as far as consistancy.
Protein tip= Buy a low sugar cereal and put a scoop of proetin in it. No mixing/clumping and no cleaning the blender. Kashi go lean is the highest cereal in protein. ALos try a splenda pack (suar free sugar)/ TO me this is so much quicker than making a proetin drink even though i sitll do eat proetin drinks.
