March 2, 2009This is my first body blog! I have come to a point in my trainin that is beginin to pay off from consistency. I am makin progress and exspect to continue tu make gains. I still need to get a little more disiplined wit my diet, but i know this will come too. I really wanted to share somethin wit all my fellow excercise enthusiest. I am a true example that if U have a good support system U can achieve things U thought were not happenin fast enough. I have been gettin my support and motivation from a dear & beautiful fellow BB.com member. Check my friend list, and U should be able to determine who that person is. I am richly motivated by first of all her beauty & then by the inspiring blody blogs she writes. Hey fellas! She HOT ain’t she.
To her I owe my recent success, and to get positive feedback from her was the best part.

Gonna start out my week on Monday wit a very intense weights session. This is increase the weight and intensity week. This will help me keep my body confused so it can’t get used to the work im puttin in.
