Lovin’ Creatine!
I recently started taking creatine and even though I was skeptical at first, I have to say that I am definitely feeling it! After just a week, I have more oomph in the gym and feel stronger. My muscles are definitely growing…this is just what I’ve been needing. So, anyone thinking about taking creatine for the first time, I suggest that you give it a try. I was always told as a woman I shouldn’t, but boy was that guy wrong!
