I recently started taking creatine and even though I was skeptical at first, I have to say that I am definitely feeling it! After just a week, I have more oomph in the gym and feel stronger. My muscles are definitely growing…this is just what I’ve been needing. So, anyone thinking about taking creatine for the first time, I suggest that you give it a try. I was always told as a woman I shouldn’t, but boy was that guy wrong!

Ken and I are going on a cruise to the Bahamas and I’ve got 12 weeks to the day to get my butt in the best possible shape I can. I love having a deadline like this because it pushes me to give my best every single day because I know that every single day counts…everything I eat counts…every day at the gym definitely counts. If anyone has any helpful advice, its always welcome! My goal is to lose 14 lbs of fat while maintaining and building muscle. Basically, I want to look good in a bikini (but who doesn’t, right).

So, its been a loooong year getting rid of all of that extra weight. I’m in general a much happier person because of it. Even though I "worked out" (or what I thought was working out) over the last year, my fiance and I only began training at the gym on January 13th. I’m one of those people who wants quick results and I KNOW I shouldn’t be! I’m losing inches especially in my waist but the scale just isn’t budging and its driving me crazy! But don’t get me wrong, I’m not giving up by a long shot. If anything, I’m just going to keep pushing harder until I see that number go down and my ass lift up! So, take cover Hard Rock Gym, Wonder_Wen is comin’ through like a whirlwind!
