Getting stronger
Today at the gym I managed about 10 pullups (not all at once, three in one set, then two in another, etc). AND I was curling 25 pound dumbbells! I was getting worried there for a while because I couldn’t seem to lift any heavier, and then today I am suddenly stronger!

Holy canoli - excellent work, my friend!! 10 pull-ups is insane - I’d rather do burpees for sure!!
I hope you have a great weekend xo

Okay, so I compare. I’m guilty. I measure my success against others. I saw your text and read 10 reps and immediately (and selfishly) thought "I can only do SEVEN!"
(sticks tongue out)
Mine are all in one set, though!
Now there! THERE is motivation. There’s a gauntlet or a glove (or whatever "challenge" article of clothing is typically brandished in these, uh, challenge type situations) tossed directly at your feet or on your doorstep. (I’m all about the options.)
Let’s see you get seven pull ups in a ROW!
(ducks, runs, escapes with life)
:)
(yells over shoulder)
CONGRATULATIONS ON GETTING STRONGER!!!
