		<description><![CDATA[Today kinda sucked cause I did&#8217;nt go to the gym.   Between working 11p-7a, court in the am, 2 kids and a pregnant wife, there is not much me time.
 
Diet was semi ok, keeped it high protein but went out to dinner and ate 1/2 Tempura Crab and a Rainbow Roll.

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Today kinda sucked cause I did&#8217;nt go to the gym.   Between working 11p-7a, court in the am, 2 kids and a pregnant wife, there is not much me time.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Diet was semi ok, keeped it high protein but went out to dinner and ate 1/2 Tempura Crab and a Rainbow Roll. </p>
<p>My food intake for today was lots of protein and good carbs.  About 3/4 gallon of water.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>I am working 11-7 now and at 6:00pm I have a championship softball game.  No gym today again but will get a good workout @ softball.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Monday I hope to stick to a 4 day split.</p>

<li>Tuesday- Shoulders &amp; Back/cardio</li>
<li>Thursday- Legsabs/cardio</li>
<li>Friday-Arms/cardio</li>
