Today kinda sucked cause I did’nt go to the gym. Between working 11p-7a, court in the am, 2 kids and a pregnant wife, there is not much me time.
Diet was semi ok, keeped it high protein but went out to dinner and ate 1/2 Tempura Crab and a Rainbow Roll.
My food intake for today was lots of protein and good carbs. About 3/4 gallon of water.
I am working 11-7 now and at 6:00pm I have a championship softball game. No gym today again but will get a good workout @ softball.
Monday I hope to stick to a 4 day split.
- Monday- Chest/abs/cardio
- Tuesday- Shoulders & Back/cardio
- Thursday- Legsabs/cardio
- Friday-Arms/cardio
