(could have done more cardio but ran out of time)
Eating every 3 hours, high protein low carbs and fat. Started at the gym today at 1930hrs and finished at 2035hrs. Weight in at the begining at 225lbs. Goal now is to get down to 215lbs by August 14th 2009. Overall goal is to get down to 199lbs and bulk with lean mass to 210lbs by spring of 2010.
