My legs feel like putty
Thursday, May 14th, 2009DC training is serious stuff, wow. Day after my first DC leg day (improper terms but I know what I’m saying) my legs feel like silly putty. I’m on a pretty strict diet right now, contrary to Dante’s recommendations ( I am getting plenty of protein though), and last night I woke up and ate half a jar of natural PB. I normally resist night feedings, ha, but I was SOOOOOOO hungry it was unbelievable. I know it was my body screaming for recovery help from the brutal workout.
DC training is humbling, I can’t wait ’til I start seeing gains.
