In the last 7 years I have been with Bodybuilding.com, we have grown a bit (from 6 employees to over 260). In that time, we have lost some of the transparency into the company on what is going on internally.  I want to be able to give our Bodybuilding.com family members an insight of what we are doing and also who I am.  

As you can see from a lot of my previous posts, they have been a lot about news and events that  I have been at.

Every two weeks I am going to be giving exclusive insight to what we have going on here at the corporate offices.

If you have any questions or ideas for new content pieces, please let me know and we will get right on it!

With the amount of content we produce (over 40 articles a week), a lot of the content goes unseen… how do we let all of family members know all about the sweet stuff we are working on?

"Our favorite Asian bodybuilder Wong Hong has been officially accepted in the Malaysian Book of Records for being the first pro Malaysian bodybuilder ever. The documents have been verified and after three months of research, his status has been accepted. Good work Wong. Wong is currently two weeks out from his next pro show, the Santa Susanna Pro, and is "dialing in nicely".
