2009 is off to a great start already! I hope all of you are following through with your goals!
This week we will still be focusing more on New Year’s related content, transformations and of course, the upcoming 2009 IFBB Iron Man Pro.
We will be doing another live webcast of the Iron Man this year. In the next 2 days, you will see previous from Brian Bullman, Isaac Hinds and Myron Mielke. You will also see interviews with top pros such as Marcus Haley and Silvio Samuel.
