So the Arnold weekend is now over and what a weekend it was.  It was an unbelieveble time and we have great success with everything that we did.  Here is a list of some of the top things:

Back to Cali for a few days to meet with the Olympia and Iron Man folks alongside our Director of Marketing, John Shumate.

Lots of big things coming for this year’s Olympia.  It is going to be the biggest event so far!

I will be also meeting up with Ron ‘Yogi’ Avidan of Getbig.com while I am down there.

There were some awesome fights.  Unforntuantly, my man, BJ Penn couldn’t go the distance with GSP.  GSP is an animal and was superb in his lastest showing.  BJ will come back and continue to dominate the lightweights.  Will Lyoto have his title fight?  What’s next for Jon Fitch and Jon Jones.  We will see in the coming weeks…

2009 is off to a great start already!  I hope all of you are following through with your goals!

This week we will still be focusing more on New Year’s related content, transformations and of course, the upcoming 2009 IFBB Iron Man Pro.

In the last 7 years I have been with Bodybuilding.com, we have grown a bit (from 6 employees to over 260). In that time, we have lost some of the transparency into the company on what is going on internally.  I want to be able to give our Bodybuilding.com family members an insight of what we are doing and also who I am.  

As you can see from a lot of my previous posts, they have been a lot about news and events that  I have been at.

Every two weeks I am going to be giving exclusive insight to what we have going on here at the corporate offices.
