I had a great dinner and conversation with a client. He is a true personal coach. If he hadn’t started coaching in some regard I would say his talent and life would be wasted on something else. There were so many revelations in a small 1 hor dinner. One of the major ones when it comes to my goals on fitness and health is goals with accountability. ACCOUNTABILITY is huge. A goal with out a purpose, reason, action and ability to be called out if not completed to your fullest ability is nothing more than talk.

I have deided to quit drinking. The final blow was reading XnickedgeX on bodyspace stating he gave up alcohol as well to achieve his amazing physique. Its been 8 days no booze and I feel great. I have to say I can only accomplish one task at a time, so i have not been totally great on food consumption or gym but I did go get a second membership. now I have a gym by work and 1 by home.

Well…the title says it all. I feel fantastic. I sleep great, I think clearly and I am very focused. My food is delicous and satisfying. I actually wake up ready to go in the morning instead of being so darn lethargic. My clothes fit better. I have increased weight in the gym. I get to the gym regularly now. All in all this is the best way of life for me. those folks out there that knock the Keto lifestyle are truly missing out on some amzing things. to all the Keto folks that have been chatting with me thank you.

Well today is the first day back on the diet and hopefully when I get to the gym this afternoon it will go well. Injured with Planter Facitis (heel spur) hurts like He!! Keto is the meal plan b/c it seems to work the best for me particularly b/c of the intense motivation it gives to see weight loss at the beginning.

I have now gone through my life and put some missing puzzle pieces together.
Stress = bad days: I have really discovered a true gift and that is understanding stress and the way life should really be lived, Stress free.
Processed carbs = severe quick weight gain on me: Breads, pastas, candies, Milk and pastries can pack the pounds on me in record time (I’m saying 7 lbs in 2 days, no joke)
Protein = Survival: Eat to live not live to eat
FAT = Survival: healthy fats help fuel my body better than carbs
Keto is the diet that my body seems to respond to the best.

Can I say this: FRUSTRATED!!!!!!!!!!!!
So i went on a 40/40/20 diet this week eating every 2 1/2 hours with portion of carb, vegetable and protein at every meal. Got right back into working out. lifting heavy (no lose in push or pull power from the break) and cardio, HIIT. Drank about 7 liters of water a day.
Guess what I PUT ON 6 LBS and added INCHES TO MY BODY. What a joke.
Keto is the only way for me to lose weight I must be very carb sensitive to gain that much on a 2000 calorie clean 40/40/20 in 5 days.
