15 Days later…
July 30, 2008…I’ve lost about 8 pounds. I’ve been using a combination of endurance and power routines, but have been skimping on the cardio. For now, I lift 5 times a week and alternate between power days and endurance days. Universal’s Animal Cuts have also been very helpful with curbing my appetite and keeping my energy levels up. I can really feel a huge difference when I don`t take the stuff. I feel sluggish and my hunger is insatiable.
