Here are the results of the 12 week (April - June) program that Ryan (2020wellness) designed for me:
Weight: from 169 lbs to 165lbs
1 rep max:
back squat: from 215 -> 335lbs
bench press: from 145 -> 205lbs
bent row: from 125 ->205lbs
military press: from 110 -> 155bls Measurements:
neck:14.75 -> 14.5
chest: 41 -> 39.5
waist: 35 -> 32.5
biceps (not flexed, straight arm): 12.5 -> 13
thigh: 20 -> 22.5
calves: remained at 14.5 Feeling great with the progress, I’m leaner and stronger. I can definitely tell a difference at the waist, chest and arms. I’m amazed at my 1 rep max increases, specially at bench press and military. These are exercises that I’ve always been weak!Now I’m ready to start a new program… Thanks to all that supported me!!Thanks to all that supported me!!
