May 1, 2007Alright so lately I have been struggling with my bench, its hard to say but I think i’ve hit my plateau. After being discouraged for a few days I realised that I needed to get over it, and start working harder to overcome this obstacle. Before I did alot of workouts that worked various muscles, now to assist in breaking through my plateau I am doing exercises that work on one muscle at a time. Hopefully this will help a little, and now I am eating tons and tons of food to gain weight so it can turn into muscle. Next week is maxouts so I guess we will see what happens there, even if I dont go up much in weight I will try to stay positive and motivated to make that change for next maxouts. I will also be getting a digital scale which reads body fat percentage, and somthing that measures my muscles. I will be updating my page with my weight and measurment stats weekly when i get these.
