help with tricep pain

hey,  has anyone experienced a tricep pain,  like a twinge during a workout.  when i do pulldowns,  it comes and goes,  but i  get a twinge feeling in my left tricep,  and once it happens it happens again during the workout. if anyone has any ideas what it could be,  not stretching enough,  lack of water,  or anything,  please let me know.
