Pain is Progress 5

July 30, 2009

I’ve been away too long but Im happy to be here.I made it through alot of tough times recently and have god,my family, and the calmness bodybuilding brings to me. I like everyone else has something to prove by being active on this site with progress. And my contributions to the founders of this site and the 1000’s of inspirational people on it is to achieve my fitness goals also my life goals. So thank you all once again even though we’ve never met we all make eachother better.  warrior

pain is progress 4

April 7, 2009

I havent been as active in training as I should. But I’m still on a high because DA BEARS! have a franchise qb.But thats another story. I recently added the good morning to my back training and I enjoy it because I feel stronger in places that I have under trained in the past. The pain I mention has subsided because with the help of this site and a  new training regimen I finally see and feel the results I’ve been searching for.     Warrior

pain is progress 3

March 28, 2009

Good Morning!! I just wanted to thank everyone on this site for motivation. Before I finally decided to try the site,I hoped family and close friends would come with me on this path to physical happiness haha. But all they said well except for my kids was that I cant do it.I hate that word ‘’cant'’.But the day I logged on I had more confidence than I needed. I knew I had god,my kids, and the song from rocky, But now all of us help eachother in so many ways. So this post is too pay homage to all 300,000 plus of you. Thank You!pain is progress   Warrior

Pain is Progress 2

March 24, 2009

Probally like many of my fellow bb.com members, You dont feel like waking up early every morning to go through the same routine. But that motivation has to come from somewhere. What I would like to know is whats your motivation? Mine comes from 3 things.1 being god.2 My kids and wanting to be there for them for the long run.3 this may be silly but the song victory from rocky. So if you could just tell me what motivates you guys? Its sorta my way making friends on the site if I can. Thanks Warrior

The Pain Is Progress

March 12, 2009

I know Im not the only person who puts their body through pain. To achieve a perfect state of mind not just physical perfection. Because to get the body we all strive for we have to be mentally strong to ignore the pain.Just keep that vision of already being there and it’ll make the agony worth it.I cant be the only one who says ‘’one more one more'’ to get that last rep in before you pass out. So in closing, Like we all know the pain is progress the end result is forever. Warrior
