First Day of Training
March 27, 2008Ok first day of diet started today. Additionally started 6 day a week cardio. 5 day a week weight workouts start next monday.
Todays Cardio:
5:45am - 45 min cycle
6:30pm - 60 min Kickboxing
7:45 - 30 min Cross Fit Workout
10:00pm - 40 mins Cardio - 5 circuits: 3 Mins Heavy Bag/3 Mins Jump Rope/1 Min Jog in Place. Beginning/End 2 Min Jog in Place.
