Back Sliding

Well I have seen my weight gains start back sliding in the past month, I think its the heat because I have not been able to eat like I was before it got so hot. And now I am also having some pain in the bones in my forearm ( don’t know what thats all about??) unless its just the amount of weight I have moved up to now. I have been thinking about taking a couple of weeks off from lifting and just work on my abs and cardo ( my cardo sucks!) 3 days a week and let the rest of my body get a good rest. I joke with the guys at work about starting taking steroids ( not that I would). But I do get pissed because I am working a butt off in the gym and not seeing any size gains. I have used weight gainers and eat like a horse and still no more size gain!! What is going on?? I even did  dirty buking for A month and nothing.

I have seen gains in power I can curl 100lbs, bench 235lbs, leg press 700lbs etc. but I am the same size I was 6 months ago??

I change my workout every 3 weeks to try to keep my body guessing ( or should I change it more often or maybe less??)

I try to eat something with protein every 2.5hrs. I don’t really like Veggies that much, I do eat alot of tuna, chicken, pork, fish, potatoe’s, oat meal.

Maybe I need to get A personal trainer ( well if there was one around here LOL).

Please let me have all your thoughts on these blog.

Thanks for reading.

Jeff

hi their jeff, it’s obvious you have a very fast metablism, and the best way to combat that problem is to eat more complex carbs throughout the day,say five to six meals should do the trick.also increase your protein intake to two grams per one pound of your bodyweight.take the protein with your meals.as for your forearm lift a bit lighter on your arm and back exercices just till injury subsides.as for cardio don’t bother as you will most probably lose what hard earned size you have!
