Well I have seen my weight gains start back sliding in the past month, I think its the heat because I have not been able to eat like I was before it got so hot. And now I am also having some pain in the bones in my forearm ( don’t know what thats all about??) unless its just the amount of weight I have moved up to now. I have been thinking about taking a couple of weeks off from lifting and just work on my abs and cardo ( my cardo sucks!) 3 days a week and let the rest of my body get a good rest. I joke with the guys at work about starting taking steroids ( not that I would). But I do get pissed because I am working a butt off in the gym and not seeing any size gains. I have used weight gainers and eat like a horse and still no more size gain!! What is going on?? I even did dirty buking for A month and nothing.
I have seen gains in power I can curl 100lbs, bench 235lbs, leg press 700lbs etc. but I am the same size I was 6 months ago??
I change my workout every 3 weeks to try to keep my body guessing ( or should I change it more often or maybe less??)
I try to eat something with protein every 2.5hrs. I don’t really like Veggies that much, I do eat alot of tuna, chicken, pork, fish, potatoe’s, oat meal.
Maybe I need to get A personal trainer ( well if there was one around here LOL).
Please let me have all your thoughts on these blog.
Thanks for reading.

This week I am starting A new workout still using 8 reps but now I am working each muscle group twice per week with 48hrs of rest before that group is worked again. I am still trying to gain weight but it is not going to good, I am planing on ordering some weight gainer and seeing if that well help because I just can’t eat enough food through the day to get my calories up like they need to be. I am getting stronger but size is staying the same. I have moved up in my weights, right now I am doing 3 sets of 8 on decline bench press with 65lb dumbells (130lb total). I have thought about taking a week off with no weight training and just rest and see if that well help get my muscles to start growing again. Now that I have a workout partner I can push myself to the limit and get a good spot when needed. I welcome all ideas and suggestions. Thanks for reading.

Well I have to say I don’t think the 8 rep workout are working out for me, me and my workout partner Jason (Bodyspace profile name SWUFABUDA) are doing decending set on our workouts.
We do 12 rep warmups and 10-8-6 on the working sets. We are moving up in weight (if we can keep good form) I have moved up in weight but my muscles are lagging behind still, like on cable curls I have moved up to 130lbs for my working sets (with full range of motion) and on v bar tricep pushdowns I’ve gone up to 160lbs.
Could it be that even with good form & a full range of motion I am just useing too much weight for the 3 working set workout or should we be doing more sets??
My diet is as good as I can do I try to eat alot of good calories and I eat about every 2.5 to 3hrs. My wife thinks I’m crazy because I am taking lipo6 to loose this gut I have, but I also wait to start taking a High Calorie gainer to feed my system, to keep muscle from being used for fuel, and she thinks I’m going to blowup like FAT ALBERT. Man I’ll be glad when they get the new gym built and get the new equipment maybe we’ll get to hit the muscles some different ways we’ll see.

Well I have started my 8 rep workout this week. I have done high rep and med reps since I started with ok results. I am also going to start Xreps this week. I am seeing gains in muscle size in my arm, legs, chest etc, the big problem I have is my abs. I am slim everywhere else but my waist and I hate it. I have this belly (not a big one) but still. I eat every 2 and a half hours (small meals) My wife says I’m eating to much. I am doing abs every night and am starting a cardio workout this week also What do you all think. Thanks for reading my Blog.
