Surprise
Wednesday, March 25th, 2009Today I weighed myself, and to my surprise I’m starting to drop weight. I look at myself in the mirror, and I can tell that my body is changing already and it makes me feel really good. I can’t believe how quickly my body is adapting to this new lifestyle.
However, I have not been sleeping very well lately, which is making me tired and unmotivated to work out. Hopefully, once I start my new job I’ll be tired enough to sleep at night and thus, energized for the gym!
