Today I weighed myself, and to my surprise I’m starting to drop weight. I look at myself in the mirror, and I can tell that my body is changing already and it makes me feel really good. I can’t believe how quickly my body is adapting to this new lifestyle.
However, I have not been sleeping very well lately, which is making me tired and unmotivated to work out. Hopefully, once I start my new job I’ll be tired enough to sleep at night and thus, energized for the gym!

So yesterday I hit the gym hard. Lifted hard. Ran hard. Biked hard. Yea, it was fun.
But today, I’m definitely feeling it. Usually though, I would skipped today and just played it off like I needed to recover, but I’m very proud of the fact that I still got up and hit the gym again. While it was by no means my best workout ever, I still lifted some decent weight and feel great.
However, since I am a little tired, please feel free to comment and leave me some motivation. I’m kind of scared I’m going to wake up tomorrow and not want to go to the gym, which will be a terrible thing.

New job. New home. New body. New life.
It’s been a while since I’ve been on this site, and I think it’s finally time to get serious around here. I just moved to Atlanta to start a new job, and with that comes a serious craving for a change in my entire lifestyle.
I’ve been working out now for about two weeks, and can say that I am slowly starting to catch the bug. I love how great I have been feeling lately, and how my body is slowly starting to change towards to the goals that I have recently established for myself.
