So tonight will be my last workout for 6 weeks. i am soo scared all my progress is going to go down the drain. i really need to stay focused on my diet. i am going to try to do the clean eating thing and see how that works out for me. any advice or meal ideas please let me know.

Ok so i am sooo happy about it, but soo sad because i cant step foot into a gym for 6 weeks… so i have been working out like crazy. Any tips on how to stay in shape and lose more weight? I hear about eating clean a lot on here. I know its eating a lot of natural stuff, but could someone give me a break down of their daily meal plan?

ok, so all of the females know what i am talking about. Feeling like shit, not motivated, and wanting to eat everything. I am having surgery in 3 weeks and after that i cant even walk on a treadmill for at least 6 weeks, so i really need to step up my game. Any advice on how i can stay fully charged for the next 3 weeks? I still have 10lbs to go. i am working out and building lots of muscle, but i have to lose 10 in 3 weeks. what is the best diet advice and workout tips.. please give me feedback!!

so i just measured myself and i have lost some inches! so that is progress, even though the scale doesnt say i have lost i guess i have. so i will keep at it! i have been working out at least 5 days a week sometimes 6, so the weight will come off eventually! wish me luck!

ok so i have 10lbs that need to come off sooner than later. i dont know what i am doing wrong, i can tell a difference in my clothes but only lost 1 lb last week. i have 20 lbs to lose, at this rate i wont achive my goal. what can i do to speed up the process?

so i am really confused about what i should be eating. i was doing WW, but now that i am trying to take in more protein i am exceeding my points. I dont feel like the weight is coming off as quickly, so what should i eat?

ok so i have been doing really well on my diet, until the easter bunny came to my house. He left reeses, and chocolate bunnies, and those delicious fererro rochero,( cant spell) things. Anywho. i have had a hard time resisting all of the sweets lately and dont know what to do. i will never have a six pack eating that shit, so are there any choc. substitutes out there? Sugarfree choc? Anything sweet at all? Let me know if anyone finds something?

so its now 0430 and i have been awake since 0130. i am suppose to get to the gym by 0900 and i dont know how i will be able to. i really wish i could sleep. i feel like crap 99% of the time because i never sleep. On top of that i have been waking up in the middle of the night hungry. Last night i fought the hunger and just laid in bed. Tonight i laid there for over an hour and was still starving. i dont know why i am soo hungry. so i got up had a ton of water and had a sandwich. i am really mad at myself for eating in the middle of the night, but whats done is done. Any advice on why i am so hungry??
