Taking It From the Top
Just entered today’s workout. I’m starting from the top of the twelve week program I’ve been using, as I haven’t been to the gym in about a month, and decided this would be the best way to get back into the swing of things. I’m also adjusting to my new job, which carries with it a schedule that changes from week to week, which can make getting a workout in tough, but this is important to me, so I’m going to do what it takes to make this happen.
Still hoping to put down some of my thoughts on the gym, bodybuilding, working out, etc., in the near future.

It is always difficult to keep a workout schedule especially with a job that the hours change; just remember why you are doing it to stay healthy. My mom has weight induced diabetes and one of my sisters and a brother are well on there way as well. I use this as motivation; I don’t want to have the health issues they have.
Just keep moving forward, you can do it.

I have high choles/type 2 diabetes from my Dad. I used to use fitness as a way to beat down these two beasts, but as I have gotten older, I have to incorporate fitness, eating better and meds. There are Diabetes boards in the internet. You would see how many people do have diabetes. Its shocking. Have you taken your blood tests to confirm your levels? I recently did.
Good luck bro!
