Hoping i’ll Bulk UP
Okay, im trying to bulk up right now so im consuming, 100% WHEY PROTEIN by optiom nutrition, and AMINO 1900 by universal nutrition, and GLUTAMINE by ast. Im consuming Whey Protein 2 to 3 times a day and one serving at 3′ in the morning. AMINO 1900, take that also 3 times a day, always with my major meals, but overall I consume about 5-6 meals a day!!! And GLUTAMINE before and after work outs!!! i’ll be doing this for about 6 to 9 more weeks, then i’ll be going on leaning out, getting shredded as much as possible.Thats what im on right now, hoping i’ll bulk up as much as possible!!!!! ANY TIPS/ADVICE/QUESTIONS/REPLYS, anything WOULD HELP!!!!

OK, here is my opinion.
Try doing a 3 week bulking and 3 week cutting rotation. It still works out to the same amount of time but, helps you stay in better shape. All your supplements are good but, I would save the glutamine for your cutting phases. If you have an excess of calories you dont need the glutamine to save muscle tissue. If you still want to take it, take it after you training to use for recovery, not muscle sparing. If you are natural, stick with the NO2 products, they are very effective.
Training wise stick with basics and keep the intensity up and the duration of your workouts low. I have a couple of different plans I have used if you would like to see them.

Bru, i wanna see what your whole food intake looks like. I would’nt waste my time drinking whey protein other than post workout, like dallasfan said glutamine post work only! In my opinion, don’t waste your money, save them aminos for pre and post workout. EAT MORE FOOD!!!! If you can’t eat enough calories drink cytogainer. For real, wirite me back with a break down of your "bulking diet" Holla
