why is it that everyone turns there heads when it comes to big time bodybuilders like Jay Cutler, Ronnie Colmen and the other competetors out there that take this drug…….. its not right its illegal and needs to be stopped….. then why has it not been stopped yet? one word GREED. this world is full of it now wether its money, business, or looking better everyone wants to achieve these goals faster and easier……. so please help the bodybuilding community by speaking out and using yuor voice to make a difference in this world we all share together……. lets make it a better place to live in for us and for our future family and friends……

it really hurts i have been training a little more then a year since the start of high school football season, i am training my but off and poeple still say they dont see any change or any improvements i look a little bigger but could it be i am just kidding myself. have i really been wasting my time sweating bllod and pushing myself to the limit every day for nothng. i sure hope not i need some inspiration, or something why cant i look bigger after all my hard work………… I am so pissed off right now

whay is it so difficult to do? to much food and parties and food and holiday goodies. well how do you avoid all of this during the holiday? well i believe you cant but you dont have to over do it. a little of this and that is ok but to have to watch how much you eat. its just hard to sacrifice all those yummy treats. i had to lock my self in my room almost all day just so i wouldn’t get tempted to eat all those goodies.

Do you feel good when you look in the mirror and know your exercises are working? What if you dont well believe me when i tell you even if you dont see changes your body doesnt lie it knows it can lift a little more than last week or last another minute doing cardio it improves no matter how much effort you give to it. my favorite quote down below explains it all.
