Busy, Busy, Busy!!

Hello.  I’ve been quite busy lately.  Lot of work being done now.  I have been in th gym however.  I’ve learned so much for this site and al you who leave me messages and tell me how you have developed your awesome physiques. 

     I love going to the gym and feeling my muscles as I push the weights.  I just enjoy the after-effects of a workout.  I spend about 10 to 15 minutes in the sauna to relax and stretch my muscles.  I’m taking a course in Personal training and Nutirtion and I am learning much there as well.  Thanks for all your support and keep it coming.

I have just finished a workout at the gym.  Man, how I love the gym.  They are building two new facilities here and I can hardly wait until they both open.  It will mean a whole new regimen for my workout routine.  I’ve been told the smaller of the two will open in Jan but then again I was told that it was suppose open this past Oct, go figure.  At any rate I’l beileve it when I see the doors open.  Okay hope you all have a nice rest and God bless each of you.  MERRY CHRISTMAS and HAPPY HOLIDAYS!!!!

WOW!  I am so impressed with working out.  It feels so good to go to the gym and push my muscles to their limit.  The burn, pain or whatever you choose to call it is incredible.  I don’t understand why more people aren’t into working out.  I had a great day in the gym today.  I had already gotten the rest of the day off earlier and slept for a while.  When I got to the gym I felt like a new person.  INCREDIBLE!!!

Hello.  I am on a new journey.  I have recently purchased a camera. (I am way behind the status quo)  I did this to take my pics and post them and se what feedback I could get.  I am going to need ALL of your help and assistance on this.  I REALLY want to change my body and the way I feel. So please leave me a comment and lt me know what I need to work on.  Tell me ways I can improve with PROVEN techniques.  Thanks, Colleen. You know who you are.  You are the BEST Sister a guy could and would ever want to have.

Great weekend. I trained hard, harder than I normally do for a beginner, and the burn feels so good.  Still unsure about the protein and foods I need to eat but nevertheless, I’m going to keep at it.  Thanks to all of you out there who have given me advice and for all your support.

Hi All!!!  I am sorry about not updating you on my training.  Last night I worked out at the gym here in Korea.  I worked on my chest, triceps, and legs.  Since I had to run this morning for Training, I opted to forgo my cardio last night.  Well thats about it for me.  Talk to you all later.
