I worked out during my last pregnancy (last year, #3) and it made a huge difference on how I felt compared to my previous pregnancies. Unfortunately for me, at first I lost a bunch but the way my body is, I held onto a lot of fat, so I am working hard to get rid of it. It's good to work out, but remember not to push it (this was hard for me) You don't want to over heat. When pregnant it's best to be in maintenance mode and not building mode.
