16 weeks and all’s well…
No more sciatica - at least for now. Doing gluteal and hamstring stretches and doing squats and adductor/abductor really has helped. Just got back from a lovely trip to Mexico, so I am tanned and rejeuvenated. I am officially 16 weeks and 2 days along, and all is well!

Sciatica is no fun! I spent months in and out of the chiropractor’s office. Hope it never comes back for either of us, best of luck with your training!
