Sore left Wrist!!!
So, my first week of the new Max-OT routine that I started has been disrupted by my wrist becoming very painful!
Nothing caused it directly, it just seemed to come very slowly over the peroid of sat and sun last week and right now it hurting alot still.. but its better than it was a day or so ago, so hopefully getting better

I know what you are talking about. Both of my wrists are pretty messed up. From what I have gathered, I may have been bending/rotating my wrist slightly when pushing heavy weight introducing the pain. I have since made a conscience effort to keep my wrist straight during training and the pain occurs less frequently. -Jeff

Ace bandage, son. They’re available in the grocery store for five bucks and they definitely help my 45-year-old chicken wrists.

Luckily, the left wrist is ok and fully at 100%, I did a pretty ok chest workout tonight actually
Too bad you guys suffer for wrist probs like me, hope they treat you better in the future!
