So, my first week of the new Max-OT routine that I started has been disrupted by my wrist becoming very painful!
Nothing caused it directly, it just seemed to come very slowly over the peroid of sat and sun last week and right now it hurting alot still.. but its better than it was a day or so ago, so hopefully getting better

Well, I just wanna report that I’m pretty much needing a rest I think.. a nice week off. I’ve not had one for a while now.

This is my first ever blog for any website im a part of..
I guess right now all I have to say is that I’ve started to actually keep my journals up to date and I’ve been posting vids of me working out too. So no one can dispute what i lift and do in the gym. Although my lifts arent anything special where anyone would wanna doubt them anyway! lol
