			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I did the sin that you can&#8217;t do at my gym I was told I was grunting to loud. I knew when I joined this gym, but who know they would be so anal about it. It&#8217;s kinda hard to lift hard and not do it sometimes oh well. Starting to do the Keto diet on Monday my brother is doing it right know and he loves the results 10 lbs. in 2 wks. Hope to have progress pics up soon, working hard but need to work on eating clean better it&#8217;s hard when your a chef need to taste things constantly.

Hopefully will have progress pics in a couple of weeks. Going on vacation with family for a week, but my gym is only an hour away going to try getting up early and go. If I don&#8217;t at least I&#8217;ll have my bike for cardio.

New gym is fantastic weights and cardio equipment are awesome.

		<description><![CDATA[I started at my new gym today, so much better. Pleasant staff and newer equipment the only thing that sucks is the lockeroom is down stairs, leg day today OH BOY! It will be worth it in the long run, wish I had done it along time ago.

The owner and trainers could care less, all he wants is the money for the membership and you have to pay the trainers to even look or talk to you. So at the end of the month I&#8217;ll be at a new gym focusing on my goals.
