					<description>just a suggestion on your cardio that helps me burn bout 100 xtra cal. do interval training. I dont know how hard you hit it. But give it your all for bout 30 sec then slow to a normal pace until you think you can do another 30 hard</description>

					<description>Go man go! I am also starting over and it has been great. Sucks about the gout though, never had it myself but hear it can be pretty painful. Hope your able to get around it. Well keep at it and I am sure you will get where you want to be, I know I am on the road and this place has been a great place to learn from others experience as well as stay motivated.</description>
