Finally
Finally getting off my a$$ and doing cardio, started yesterday did 30 minutes -316 cal. Today did 30 minutes but increased level burned 370 cal., going to keep increasing levels and then duration of cardio it feels so good. OMG I was doing crunches after my cardio and most of been dehytrated when I sat up I thought my ab muscles were going to rip out of me, that f-ing hurt. New gym is fantastic weights and cardio equipment are awesome.

just a suggestion on your cardio that helps me burn bout 100 xtra cal. do interval training. I dont know how hard you hit it. But give it your all for bout 30 sec then slow to a normal pace until you think you can do another 30 hard

Way to go!!! Cardio has been my key to success lately. HIIT in the morning and steady state at night after weights
