Cardio!

It’s hard to belief that I hated doing it. Last week I did 6 days of cardio about 300 calories, today I burned 400 calories in 30 min. feels so great. Hopefully will have progress pics in a couple of weeks. Going on vacation with family for a week, but my gym is only an hour away going to try getting up early and go. If I don’t at least I’ll have my bike for cardio.

JUST ASKING

I just did my meal plan on the printable logs do you think this is good or not. Trying to lose some bf% but gain some size as well- feed back would be great.

Calories-2158

Protein-265g.

Carbs.-160g.

Fat-46g.

Weigh 235Lbs. workingout averge 50 min . + 30 min. cardio average 370 cals.

Finally

Wednesday, July 22nd, 2009

Finally getting off my a$$ and doing cardio, started yesterday did 30 minutes -316 cal. Today did 30 minutes but increased level burned 370 cal., going to keep increasing levels and then duration of cardio it feels so good. OMG I was doing crunches after my cardio and most of been dehytrated  when I sat up I thought my ab muscles were going to rip out of me, that f-ing hurt. New gym is fantastic weights and cardio equipment are awesome.

I started at my new gym today, so much better. Pleasant staff and newer equipment the only thing that sucks is the lockeroom is down stairs, leg day today OH BOY! It will be worth it in the long run, wish I had done it along time ago.

Working out shoulders

I don’t want to sound like I’m bragging , I was doing my workout tonite and I did barbell shrugs 3 months ago I could only do 315 Lbs. my max tonite was 565 Lbs. feels so f-ing awesome.

Trying something new

I decided to leave the gym where I’ve been working out off and on for 7 years. I’ve dedicated myself to getting back into shape no matter what. The owner and trainers could care less, all he wants is the money for the membership and you have to pay the trainers to even look or talk to you. So at the end of the month I’ll be at a new gym focusing on my goals.

trying something new

I HAVE STARTED USING CYTONOX FOR PRE-WORKOUT AND CYTOCELL FOR POST- WORKOUT. I’VE SEEN SOME IMPROVEMENT WITH FOCUS AND STRENGTH PUT IT SEEMS TO BE HIT OR MISS WITH THE CYTONOX AND USING FULL DOSE RECOMMENDED, IS ANYONE USING THESE PRODUCTS AND HAVE ANY RECOMMENDATIONS

STARTING ALL OVER

I’m 42 years old and starting to get really serious about my weight training. I have been hitting the weights pretty hard and doing the diet(eating right) meal plans. I’m doing the "World’s Toughest Diet" at least as far as M&F magazine says. It’s only for two weeks to help shed some bodyfat, lord knows I have enough. My goal is to lean up and gain some mass, I’m 233 lbs. I’ve gained a few pounds of muscle sense I started my blog. I’m new at this so any help would really be appreciated, I’ve been lifting off and on sense I was 18 but am really getting into the progress I’ve seen in the last few months. I eat about 300 grams of protein a day but don’t dare do more than that because I have gout which is  a very painful inflamation in my joints caused from eating to much protein. So far nothing has happened in 2 months but I’m only suppost to eat 60 grams of protein a day.So if their are any doctors or ohter people that suffer from this please let me know any secrets. Appreciate anyone for your time and advice.                 Thanks, wakerobin
