Why do you live the fitness life…. isnt it much funner to party everday…drink beer for breakfast and eat cannabis brownies for lunch?

lol… The results are much better…and im def not suggesting you wreck that rockin body!
But life is just easier you could have donuts for breakfast and pizza for dinner ya know.

Since I have been back on the horse I feel so much better. Next step. . .looking so much better. Yeah partying is fun. . . until years later when the party is over and you realize what the hell you have become.

For me, having a father who’s 45 years older than me and seeing his health problems from a life without routine fitness. I took a lot for granted and now taking responsibility to keep myself in the best shape possible.

Most of my friends, even the ones that support my goals, tell me I have major issues!! Why do I want to go and destroy myself in the gym everday? Go through pain and a test of will every day to push myself to be the best I can be……..I think thats it right there, I want to be the best I can be!

hey,i train alot and eat alot of pizza! then i train some more and eat more pizza!! have been known to throw an occasional beer into my face as well! a little bit of everything does you good.

well if you wanna get big like a powerlifter then id eat pizza,lift,eat pizza,lift…etc , Theres no way my body could stay lean eating pizza all day …though i wish i could!
