Hi ppl. its been a while since i last posted but i have been working out as much as i possibly could 3-4 times a week.
But I don’t seem to be able to shed the pounds, like i did in the first few months. So i’ve decided to change my workout to make it more intense.
I’m doing:
3 x 10 reps of light weights to get the blood flowing.
then
5 x 5 reps of increased weights.
This is for every exercise I do. I’m starting to notice a slight improvement. But would like to hear your point of view or if you’ve tried it what you think of it.

Ok ppl, been reading the posts and you know what all i keep hearing is i can’t eat my food at the right time or i don’t have the time to make it to the gym. You know what your all just bull sh*tters, the truth is you just can’t be asked… I know this because i was the same.
I get all my food ready the night before, setup my 2 mrp shakers, get my gym gear ready. i wake up put my food in my gym bag grab some bottles of water and go. then whenever i fell peckish i just open my bag grab a sandwich or mrp and get on with it. when i get about an hour free i’ll hit the gym, usually its the same time so i can control my intake of food. the bag always stays with me and believe me i have very hectic schedule. hell if i can work hard go to the gym and eat 5 times a day whilst at work then it can’t be that hard for anyone else. As to let you know what i do; i work part-tiime, full -time university, president of the law society, student representaive on the law school committee, and mentor. i don’t have much time to myself at all. you could say i start work at 0720hrs and finish 2000hrs, know thats a long day. so come on ppl lets get out of the i’m a bull sh*tter mentality, and start doing things right.

Motivation is a funny little thing… here it comes, there it goes…. so how do you keep it?
Here’s how i do it….
1. I find some to who really inspires me.
2. When i’m training i imagine them there next to me, pushin me on and me not wanting to let them down.
3. Or Find someone i really despise in the gym, and think how much i want to better myself than them.
4. Listen to my favourite music, something you can dance to…
5. Tell myself that if i don’t complete the next rep i’m a failure to myself.
6. oh… and sometimes i talk to myself, in my head of course, usually the conversatiopn goes something like…… "com’on you fat f**ker, PUSH IT!!!!!!!! …… thats it one MoRE……………………" Yeh i know its a sign of someone with a mental condition but it works for me….
Anyhowz feel free to post anything that really keeps you motivated….. because its interesting to see what make others work…..

You see all these people who come to the gym, they jump from machine to machine doing less than 10 reps and starting on a different bodypart….. and then to top it off they go and stuff themselves with junk food. Its so g*d damn annoying, i had a guy training next to me, who did 10mins on the treadmill, then shot off to the bench press did 10-reps, then went to the preacher curl for 10-reps, then the lat-bar for 10-reps, then did 20-situps. To top it off he told me that i was workin out to hard and that he’s gonna get fitter and healthier than me in shorter space of time, then i find out he went and stuffed himself with a load of greasy junk food. Idi*t….
I don’t mind someone telling me there gonna get fitter and lose weight quicker than me, because it motivates me to work harder…. but when you start advising me on my workouts and then gorge on junk food directly after your workout…. you really do annoy me….

I’ve been USING HITT all this week and i’ve really started noticing a DIFFERENCE in my WORKOUTS and both STRENGTH & STAMINA. I would HIGHLY recommend it to ANYONE looking to LOSE WEIGHT and LEAN up and for those lookin to IMPROVE STAMINA. There’s various articles on HIIT on the site just search for them. If your GOALS to LOSE WEIGHT this is definately the way to go. #:-)

the Reasoning Behind Something… if you do something without reason your gonna fail. Always keep your reason for a healthy lifestyle in front of you to succeed.

” First, have a definite, clear practical ideal; a goal, an objective. Second, have the necessary means to achieve your ends; wisdom, money, materials, and methods. Third, adjust all your means to that end. “
