My weight

My weight has been like a rollar coaster ride since wrestling has ended, I’ve been into the 170s and al the way down to the 150s and 140s.  I dont know why this is happening or how I can stop it from doing that.  I can’t wrestle 189 next year, from 152 all the way to 189, not good, but if it happens it happens i guess. :(

Not a good day

Well today I got to weigh myself on the same scale I did last week and I gained 15 lbs!!!  I dont know how I did that, I’ve been cutting and I look like I’ve lost weight not gained.  My 6-pack is showing through more so I’m happy about that, but 15 lbs., I still have no idea how that happened.
