Cheat days are a no go...they undo all your hard work...I'll explain that to you more later though. 					<description>lol i guess that is the trick. not to get hooked on the candies. I'm pretty good with that i just buy gorceries for the whole week. So i eat whats in my fridge. If i decide to have &amp;amp;#34;cheat&amp;amp;#34; days i will just order out. I think papa johns owes me a free pizza or 2 lol. Thanks for the response. Any and all info helps!</description>

					<description>I'm no expert.. but the past couple weeks I been readin' my ass off (how I found bodyspace) trying to figure out the quickest way to get right with the body.  I've read alot about the &amp;amp;#34;cheat days&amp;amp;#34; you speak of and seems like its an ok thing.  As far as I can tell, your body wont react all crazy just because you throw it some sugar and a candy bar once and again.  The most important thing it seems, is to not get hooked on it.</description>
