Ok I have been eating pretty clean this whole week. I’m not perfect or anyhting but i am doing a good job on my part. A lot of people are talking a lot about cheat days. "I just can;t wait for my cheat day" is all i hear. My question is are cheat days smart for your diet? I have heard if throws your body off and won’t let it get used to just eating healthy all the time. On the other hand maybe people just need something to look forward to every week. So are cheat days good and if so for what reason?
