I am in the middle of my second week of working with Steve. I am feeling great and already noticing a change in my body. The lack of complex carbs sometimes leaves me feeling weak, but I am going to stick with it. I know that plays a role in burning the fat. I will try to post some progress pics as soon as I take a few other than my beginning pics. Well off to cook and get ready for work. Hope everyone has a great day!

Some days I want to go to let off some steam, but others I just want to relax. I&#8217;m trying to get there 5 times a week. The only days I take off are the days I&#8217;m at school all day then I go straight to work. I am just trying to get through this quarter without gaining any weight. Once this quarter is over, I have a long break before winter quarter starts. I&#8217;m hoping in that time I can hit the gym hard and make some progress.

I like it in a way because it makes me feel like I&#8217;m working out as hard as I should be. I&#8217;m counting down the days till I leave on my cruise. Six more days to go then I&#8217;ll be relaxing and soaking up the sun. I&#8217;m eating really clean this week so I can enjoy some good food on the ship. I can&#8217;t wait for the 24 hour sushi bar. I love sushi, but I&#8217;m afraid to try different kinds. Since it is &quot;free&quot; on the ship, I&#8217;m going to try as many different kinds as I can. Well I better get back to work.
