Last day of Phase 2

Sunday, September 27th, 2009

Well I just finished my last workout for phase 2, and I feel really good (except my back is pretty sore). I think I’m going to take tomorrow off to try to rest my back. I don’t want to re-injure it. Still looking for jobs with my degree. Hopefully I will find something in the next couple of months. Hope everyone has a great day!

Last day of Phase 1

Well I just finished my last workout for phase 1, and I can’t wait to start phase 2. High carb day was great. The salads I got to eat were so yummy. I’m glad it’s Friday, but don’t have much planned for the weekend. Hope everyone enjoys the weekend. The weather is going to be beautiful. Go Buckeyes!

High Carb Day!

This is my first high carb day of my Psychotic Fat Destruction 12 week transformation. I’ve never tried carb cycling so I’m interested to see how it works for me. All I can say is the breakfast shake was soooo yummy haha. I’m excited for the rest of my meals today!

Well this is my first blog in what I expect will be a long line of them. I am going to try to keep up with these as I hope it will keep me motivated. I am in the middle of my second week of working with Steve. I am feeling great and already noticing a change in my body. The lack of complex carbs sometimes leaves me feeling weak, but I am going to stick with it. I know that plays a role in burning the fat. I will try to post some progress pics as soon as I take a few other than my beginning pics. Well off to cook and get ready for work. Hope everyone has a great day!

Getting back into the swing of things

Well I’m just trying to keep up with the gym right now. I’m back in school and it is so hard finding the will to get there. Some days I want to go to let off some steam, but others I just want to relax. I’m trying to get there 5 times a week. The only days I take off are the days I’m at school all day then I go straight to work. I am just trying to get through this quarter without gaining any weight. Once this quarter is over, I have a long break before winter quarter starts. I’m hoping in that time I can hit the gym hard and make some progress.

Legs Day/Cruise/Sushi

Well it was my second week on this leg routine. It was a little better than last week, but my legs are still pretty tired. I like it in a way because it makes me feel like I’m working out as hard as I should be. I’m counting down the days till I leave on my cruise. Six more days to go then I’ll be relaxing and soaking up the sun. I’m eating really clean this week so I can enjoy some good food on the ship. I can’t wait for the 24 hour sushi bar. I love sushi, but I’m afraid to try different kinds. Since it is "free" on the ship, I’m going to try as many different kinds as I can. Well I better get back to work.
