Getting back into the swing of things
Well I’m just trying to keep up with the gym right now. I’m back in school and it is so hard finding the will to get there. Some days I want to go to let off some steam, but others I just want to relax. I’m trying to get there 5 times a week. The only days I take off are the days I’m at school all day then I go straight to work. I am just trying to get through this quarter without gaining any weight. Once this quarter is over, I have a long break before winter quarter starts. I’m hoping in that time I can hit the gym hard and make some progress.

hey I understand getting back into it is the most difficult but keep you goal in mind and just keep getting yourself to the gym, the habit will start to come back. keep up the good work.
