Moving Forward.

Well all,

The hard work is paying off. Im 42 lbs lighter and down to 28.6% Bodyfat. I started at 42% BF and weighed 332 lbs. I have lost about 5.5 inches off of my waist. I know i still have a long way to go. And im not giving up. EVER. Every week that go’s past brings me one week closer to my goal. My chest is MUCH thicker. Almost an inch thick at the sternum Connection. MY arms are starting to get that Bulge back. I never thoght i would say this but im getting iritated with buying SMALLER cloths that i know i wont fit in a month. Im a VERY happy man. PEople are actually telling me " DAMN dude, you have lost a LOT of weight." I just say gimme six more months then i quietly smile. Thanks for all the motivation guys and gals.
