A Long way to go.
Well, I uploaded some new pics. its only been a short while, and i cant see all too much diff yet. But im working hard. Lots of cardio. I still need work on my diet. And every day is a struggle still. But im 19 lbs lighter. And I feel better every day. When i started this journey i was at 332 lbs. Now im down to 313. I realize 19 lbs isnt a lot when your as overweight as i was. And still am to be honest. I have a long road ahead of me to get rid of this fat gut of mine. But its on the road to being gone. Its just going to take time and dedication.

Damn, looking at your chart it looks like you shed 19lbs off in 17 days! Crazy.
You’ll be at 220lb way before your expected goal time.

Lol, I set a LONG range goal. Im guessing i set it a little TOO far off. And that first month i shed a LOT of water weight. Im now down to 290 on Sep 6 from June Somthing. Lol cant remember when i started. And im down to 28.6% BF from 42% It turns out a LOT of my Atrophied muscle woke up. And turned Me into a HUMAN furnace. That and I try to stay At or JUST above 1800 Calories a day. Lost a total of 5.5 Inches off my waist so far. And still going strong. All be it I am noticing a WEE bit of endurance loss. I think i may need to up my Carb intake a little. Ill see how things go over the next month.
