So in the heart of my training, the most important 8 week section, I fall playing basketball and break my ankle. WTF?!! Now im in a cast for 4 weeks and the doctor says I cant train again almost 3 months. I dont know what im gonna do

so im having this problem of not being able to eat healthy. I make it to the gym like 4 times a week and my training is going very well but im not dropping any weight because I keep eating junk. It just seems that ill eat healthy all day until like 9pm and then i go get taco bell and I dont know why. I dont even like taco bell. does anybody have any imput on beating this?

so today at the gym I managed to strain my lower back bad enough where I had to immediately go to the hospital. This happened at the worst time because my baseball season starts on thursday and I think im gonna be out for atleast half the season.

i have been trying to train for baseball for the past couple months and im starting to struggle a little. The training part is going ok but my diet is suffering a lot. I just dont have time to eat during the day so my metabolism is slowed down to the point where i can not eat all day and be fine…does anybody have any suggestions??

so i have been sick for about the last week and a half and its taking a toll on my body. i havent been to the gym in almost 2 weeks cuz i feel really weak. I hope i get over this soon….

So today my friend and I decided today that we are gonna start training for the Chicago Triathlon this upcoming August. The triathlon is a little over 24 weeks away and i have a ton of work to do so we are gonna get started tonight. If anybody has ever competed in one of these any tips would be helpful. thanks and wish me luck

So I havent done a full workout at the gym in about 5 days and i kinda fell like I fell off the wagon. I have just been so tired lately that I cant find the energy to even move. I have also felt like I am not getting the sleep that I need. I slept 11 hours last night and I woke up more tired than I was when I went to sleep. Anyways, I plan on getting back on track tomorrow after school so we’ll have to see how that goes….

So I have realized that in the past month or so everytime I eat something even the slightest bit unhealthy, I get really bad chest pains and my ribs hurt really bad. Today I ate one slice of pizza at 6:30pm and I am still in pain and its 12:00 now. I havent been eating junk at all this week and I thought one slice of pizza wasnt gonna be that bad but I have been paying for it all night.

So im having this problem that I cant seem to lose weight. I have been eating extremely healthy for about a month now which includes less than 40g of fat, 70g of carbs, and between 140-160g of protein a day. But for some reason the scale isnt going down at all. In fact, I have have gained 3 pounds. I mean I can see some improvements in my chest but everything else seems to be doing nothing. Does anybody have any ideas I can try?

So I have come to the realization that my metabolism is way too slow and no matter what I it doesnt seem to be speeding up. I have been doing cardio reguarly, lifting weights, eating healthy….. the only thing I am finding is that I need to be eating smaller meals like every 2-3 hours, which is hard because I am very busy and a lot of the time I find that I just forget to eat during the day.
