3 x 10 Db Overhead Press with 15.5kg dumbbells
3 x 10 Db Curls with 13.5kg dumbbells
3 x 10 Weighted Bench Situps with a 16.5kg dumbbell
Resting 60 seconds in between sets,
2 x 60 seconds Bridge
2 x 30 seconds Side Bridge
10 x 10 Push Ups
4 x 25 Bodyweight Squats
